Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar cookie dough, cut into small balls for topping
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Press 1 1/2 cups of sugar cookie dough into the bottom of the pan to form the crust. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract and sour cream.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the baked crust.
- Drop small balls of sugar cookie dough on top of the cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set but still slightly wobbly.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Add sprinkles before serving if desired.
Notes
Serve chilled for the best flavor. You can add whipped cream or extra sprinkles for a festive touch. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
