Description

A delightful dessert combining a soft sugar cookie crust with creamy cheesecake filling, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package sugar cookie dough
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Sprinkles for decoration (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add in the sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set.
  8. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Before serving, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with sprinkles, if desired.

Notes

Serve chilled with additional whipped cream and sprinkles. Pairs well with fresh fruit or chocolate sauce.
