A delightful dessert combining a soft sugar cookie crust with creamy cheesecake filling, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 package sugar cookie dough
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Sprinkles for decoration (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add in the sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with sprinkles, if desired.
Notes
Serve chilled with additional whipped cream and sprinkles. Pairs well with fresh fruit or chocolate sauce.
