- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/3 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1 cup pecans (toasted, some chopped)
Instructions
- Combine the balsamic vinegar and honey (or brown sugar) in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Allow the mixture to come to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes or until it thickens slightly.
