Ingredients
- Taco shells (store-bought or homemade)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup crushed cookies or graham crackers
- Whipped cream (optional for topping)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Prepare the strawberries by slicing them.
- Take a taco shell and fill it with the cream cheese mixture, then add the sliced strawberries.
- Top with crushed cookies or graham crackers for crunch.
- Optional: Add whipped cream on top and serve immediately.
