Ingredients

  • Taco shells (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup crushed cookies or graham crackers
  • Whipped cream (optional for topping)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Prepare the strawberries by slicing them.
