- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla flavor)
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
- 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats and protein powder.
- Add the peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup), mixing until well combined.
- Stir in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
