  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats and protein powder.
  2. Add the peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup), mixing until well combined.
