Ingredients
- 1 box red velvet cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- Optional: extra crushed Oreos for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the crushed Oreos and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoons of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- If desired, sprinkle extra crushed Oreos on top of the cookie dough.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For a richer flavor, use high-quality white chocolate chips. Be careful not to overmix the dough for soft cookies.
