  • 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional)

  2. Toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch until evenly coated.
  3. Warm vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the coated chicken to the skillet and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Pour the prepared sauce over the cooked chicken and allow it to simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until thickened.
  6. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
