Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil (for drizzling)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
