Description

Delicious bite-sized treats combining spinach and artichoke dip with a crispy wonton shell.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz package Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained very well
  • 8 oz jar Artichoke Hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 12-14 Wonton Wrappers
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press one wonton wrapper into each cup of a muffin tin. Lightly spray with cooking spray and bake for 5 minutes.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, mix all other ingredients until combined.
  4. Scoop the mixture into each wonton and bake for about 10 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Let cool slightly, remove from muffin tin, and serve warm.

Notes

Drain spinach thoroughly to avoid soggy filling. Experiment with different cheeses for variety.
