Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in the thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
