Description

A creamy, savory appetizer made with spinach and artichokes, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in the thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm with chips, bread, or crackers.

Notes

Ensure spinach is thoroughly drained to avoid a watery dip. Optionally, add chopped jalapeños for heat or fresh herbs for flavor.
