Instructions

  1. Place the thinly sliced radishes in a clean jar or bowl.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and red chili flakes. Heat until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Pour the hot pickling liquid over the radishes, ensuring they are fully submerged.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
