Instructions
- Place the thinly sliced radishes in a clean jar or bowl.
- In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and red chili flakes. Heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Pour the hot pickling liquid over the radishes, ensuring they are fully submerged.
- Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
Notes
For maximum flavor, prepare your pickles the night before. Fresh radishes yield the best results.
