Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup cooked rice noodles
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon honey or sugar


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, shredded carrots, cooked rice noodles, green onions, and fresh cilantro.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients—hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sriracha, and honey or sugar—until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss well to coat everything evenly.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. You can serve it immediately or let it sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
