Description

A flavorful and easy-to-make spicy chicken dish perfect for heat lovers.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, cayenne pepper, paprika, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat them in the marinade. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high, around 375°F.
  3. Place marinated chicken on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with rice or salad for a complete meal.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Adjust cayenne pepper for your heat preference. Ensure the grill is hot for perfect grill marks.
