Description

Delicious boneless pork chops smothered in a creamy, flavorful sauce, perfect for any night of the week.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the pork chops and sear until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and let the sauce thicken slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Return the pork chops to the skillet and coat them in the sauce.
  8. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

To store leftovers, let the pork chops cool completely. Place them in an airtight container and refrigerate for 3-4 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat.
