Description
Delicious boneless pork chops smothered in a creamy, flavorful sauce, perfect for any night of the week.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork chops and sear until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
- Stir in the heavy cream and let the sauce thicken slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet and coat them in the sauce.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
To store leftovers, let the pork chops cool completely. Place them in an airtight container and refrigerate for 3-4 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat.
