Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup black-eyed peas, soaked overnight
  • 1 cup rice (white or brown)

  • 4 cups vegetable broth or chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
