Description

A hearty and comforting dish featuring tender beef, flavorful broth, and chewy ramen noodles, all made effortlessly in a slow cooker.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef (such as chuck roast or brisket)
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 packages ramen noodles
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Soy sauce or chili oil (for serving, optional)


Instructions

  1. Add the beef, beef broth, water, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or high for 180-240 minutes until the beef is tender.
  3. Remove the beef from the slow cooker and shred with two forks.
  4. Return the shredded beef to the slow cooker.
  5. Add the ramen noodles during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and additional soy sauce or chili oil if desired.

Notes

For best results, choose a cut of beef that becomes tender when slow-cooked. Adjust cooking time based on your slow cooker model.
