Description

Delightful bite-sized dessert tarts filled with creamy sweet filling and topped with apricot jam and fresh apricot slices.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of pre-made tart shells
  • 1 cup apricot jam
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh apricot slices for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven as per the tart shell instructions.
  2. Beat cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the tart shells.
  5. Top with apricot jam and garnish with fresh apricot slices.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

When garnishing, add fresh fruit just before serving to avoid sogginess.
