Ingredients
- 1 package of pre-made tart shells
- 1 cup apricot jam
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh apricot slices for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven as per the tart shell instructions.
- Beat cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the tart shells.
- Top with apricot jam and garnish with fresh apricot slices.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
When garnishing, add fresh fruit just before serving to avoid sogginess.
