A quick, healthy, and delicious meal featuring sausage and a colorful mix of vegetables, all roasted to perfection on a single sheet pan.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage (Italian or your choice)
  • 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup red onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced vegetables and sausages.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
