Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a large baking sheet, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread them out evenly.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides and place them on the baking sheet with the potatoes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the potatoes are crispy.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispy potatoes, cut them into smaller pieces. Use a meat thermometer to ensure pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
