Description

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a large baking sheet, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread them out evenly.
  3. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides and place them on the baking sheet with the potatoes.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the potatoes are crispy.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispy potatoes, cut them into smaller pieces. Use a meat thermometer to ensure pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
