Ingredients
- Chicken thighs or breasts
- Mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers)
- Garlic (minced)
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Herbs (thyme or rosemary)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Place chicken on a sheet pan and pour half of the garlic butter mixture over it.
- Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and drizzle the remaining garlic butter over the top.
- Toss everything to coat evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
