Description

Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs or breasts
  • Mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers)
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Herbs (thyme or rosemary)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs.
  3. Place chicken on a sheet pan and pour half of the garlic butter mixture over it.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and drizzle the remaining garlic butter over the top.
  5. Toss everything to coat evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
