Ingredients

  • 1 package tortellini (about 12 oz)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine tortellini, broccoli, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; toss to coat.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
