Ingredients
- 2 bone-in pork chops
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and season them with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the pork chops to the skillet.
- Sear the chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until they develop a golden-brown crust and reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
