Ingredients
- 24 oz sherry mushrooms
- Garlic powder (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add in the sherry mushrooms along with garlic powder and salt to taste.
- Cook for approximately 8 minutes, or until the mushrooms are lightly browned and softened.
- Stir in the chopped parsley, butter, and lemon juice. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, ensuring all ingredients are fully combined.
- Remove the pan from heat and serve warm.
Notes
Choose fresh mushrooms for best flavor. Don’t overcrowd the pan to ensure proper browning.
