Description

A simple and delicious side dish highlighting the natural flavors of sherry mushrooms, enhanced with butter, lemon, and fresh herbs.


Ingredients

  • 24 oz sherry mushrooms
  • Garlic powder (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add in the sherry mushrooms along with garlic powder and salt to taste.
  3. Cook for approximately 8 minutes, or until the mushrooms are lightly browned and softened.
  4. Stir in the chopped parsley, butter, and lemon juice. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, ensuring all ingredients are fully combined.
  5. Remove the pan from heat and serve warm.

Notes

Choose fresh mushrooms for best flavor. Don’t overcrowd the pan to ensure proper browning.
