Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small cabbage, shredded
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, with juice
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned, about 7 minutes. Drain the fat.
  3. Add shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, cooked rice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  4. Simmer the mixture for 5 minutes to blend the flavors.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30–35 minutes, until the cabbage is tender.
  7. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm.

Notes
