Ingredients

  • ½ lb hot Italian sausage (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
  • ¼ cup hot honey (or a mix of regular honey and chili flakes)
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or basil) for garnish


Instructions

  1. Prepare Dough: Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  2. Cook Sausage: In a skillet, cook the hot Italian sausage over medium heat until fully browned and drain excess fat.
  3. Assemble Pizza: Place rolled-out dough on a pizza stone or lined baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and layer mozzarella, crumbled sausage, and feta cheese.
