  • 3 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and milk, heating until warm but not boiling.
  4. Add in the Parmesan, cheddar, mozzarella, and blue cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
  5. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the prepared baking dish. Pour half of the cheese sauce over the potatoes. Repeat with the remaining potatoes and sauce.
