Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Pomegranate seeds (for garnish)
  • Chopped hazelnuts (for garnish)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the florets on a baking sheet in a single layer to ensure proper roasting.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is caramelized and tender, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  5. Whisk together the honey and lemon juice in a small bowl until well combined.
  6. Drizzle the honey lemon dressing over the roasted cauliflower while it’s still warm.
  7. Garnish with pomegranate seeds, chopped hazelnuts, and fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Cut cauliflower florets consistently for even cooking. Don’t overcrowd the pan to achieve a crispy texture.
