Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Pomegranate seeds (for garnish)
- Chopped hazelnuts (for garnish)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the florets on a baking sheet in a single layer to ensure proper roasting.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is caramelized and tender, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Whisk together the honey and lemon juice in a small bowl until well combined.
- Drizzle the honey lemon dressing over the roasted cauliflower while it’s still warm.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds, chopped hazelnuts, and fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Cut cauliflower florets consistently for even cooking. Don’t overcrowd the pan to achieve a crispy texture.
