Description

Delightful red velvet truffles made with creamy white chocolate and red velvet cake mix, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 box red velvet cake mix
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Sprinkles (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the red velvet cake mix according to the package instructions, using the water and oil. Cool completely.
  2. Crumble the cooled cake into a mixing bowl and mix in the softened cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  5. Dip each cake ball into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  6. Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and add sprinkles if desired.
  7. Let them set until the chocolate hardens. Serve and enjoy!
