Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts (or thighs for added flavor)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (or vegetable oil)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper (preferably freshly ground)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (or fresh minced garlic)
- 1 teaspoon Paprika (smoked paprika can be used)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs (such as chopped parsley or thyme)
- Lemon Wedges (for squeezing over the chicken)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and fresh herbs.
- Add the chicken to the bowl and coat it well with the spice mixture.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring the pieces are not touching.
- Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
