Description

A delicious and festive stuffed beef tenderloin, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 Beef tenderloin
  • Stuffing (can include bread crumbs, herbs, and spices)
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté chopped garlic and onion until fragrant and slightly golden.
  3. Mix the sautéed garlic and onion with bread crumbs, herbs, salt, and pepper to prepare the stuffing.
  4. Carefully cut a pocket in the beef tenderloin. Stuff it generously with the prepared stuffing mixture.
  5. Season the outside of the tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  6. Place the stuffed tenderloin in a roasting pan and roast it in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
  7. Allow the tenderloin to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness. Customize your stuffing with other ingredients like cranberries or sausage for added flavor.
