Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil


Instructions
