Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup crushed pretzels
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into buttermilk, then roll in crushed pretzels to coat.

- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken, ensuring a nice coating.
