Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into buttermilk, then roll in crushed pretzels to coat.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken, ensuring a nice coating.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together cheddar cheese and Dijon mustard to create the sauce.
