Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package Puff pastry
  • 2 cups Cooked filling (meat, vegetables, or fruit)
  • 1 Egg (for egg wash)
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry into two circles.
  3. Place the filling in the center of one circle, leaving space around the edge.
  4. Brush the edge with egg wash.
  5. Cover with the second circle of pastry, sealing the edges.
  6. Brush the top with egg wash and cut slits for steam to escape.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
