Ingredients
- 1 package Puff pastry
- 2 cups Cooked filling (meat, vegetables, or fruit)
- 1 Egg (for egg wash)
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry into two circles.
- Place the filling in the center of one circle, leaving space around the edge.
- Brush the edge with egg wash.
- Cover with the second circle of pastry, sealing the edges.
- Brush the top with egg wash and cut slits for steam to escape.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
