Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, Rotel diced tomatoes, biscuit mix, shredded cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Form small balls (about 1 inch) and place them on a lined baking sheet.
