Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, Rotel diced tomatoes, biscuit mix, shredded cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Mix until everything is well combined.
- Form small balls (about 1 inch) and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown.
- Serve warm as an appetizer.
