Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the chicken wings in the marinade and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
For more flavor, marinate the wings for at least 1 hour or overnight. Adjust sweetness by adding more honey or using less teriyaki sauce. For extra crispiness, broil them for a few minutes at the end of baking.
