Description

A delicious blend of sweet and savory flavors, these Pineapple-Teriyaki Wings are perfect for gatherings and easy to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Chopped green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the chicken wings in the marinade and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

For more flavor, marinate the wings for at least 1 hour or overnight. Adjust sweetness by adding more honey or using less teriyaki sauce. For extra crispiness, broil them for a few minutes at the end of baking.
