Description

An easy-to-make treat that combines creamy peanut butter, crunchy Rice Krispies, and a luscious chocolate coating, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (for coating)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for melting chocolate)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Stir in the Rice Krispies until well coated.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for about 30 minutes to set.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
  7. Return the coated balls to the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate sets.

Notes

Use creamy peanut butter for the best texture. Chill the mixture if it’s too sticky to roll into balls.
