Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 ounces pasta (your choice)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and slice.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese, dried basil, and oregano. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
