Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla until well combined.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed; be careful not to over-mix.
- Preheat your pancake popper maker or a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the batter into the maker or onto the skillet in small circles, making sure to leave space between them.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
