Ingredients
- 10 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl and coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispy skin, broil the drumsticks for the last 2-3 minutes of baking.
