Description

A rich and creamy Oreo cheesecake that combines the iconic taste of Oreos with a delicious cheesecake base. Perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 63 Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chopped Oreos for filling
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache for topping
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Crush 63 Oreo cookies finely and mix with melted butter to form the crust. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with a mixer on medium speed until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Fold in chopped Oreos.
  5. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust.
  6. Bake for about 55-65 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Top with chocolate ganache and whipped cream before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth texture. Allowing the cheesecake to cool in the oven prevents cracks on the surface.
