Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts cut-side down on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 10 minutes, then stir and roast for an additional 10 minutes.
- Prepare the glaze by whisking together maple syrup, orange juice, orange zest, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Remove the sprouts from the oven and drizzle the glaze over them, tossing to coat.
- Return to the oven and roast for an additional 5 minutes until the glaze is bubbling and caramelized.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
