Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet, cooking until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the orange juice and soy sauce, adding chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
