An exciting and flavorful dish combining succulent shrimp with a luscious orange chili garlic sauce, perfect for a quick gourmet meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet, cooking until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in the orange juice and soy sauce, adding chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
  6. Serve over rice or noodles and garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes
