Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • Tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • Pesto sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Asparagus (trimmed and cut into pieces)
  • Cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden.
  4. Add the asparagus and cherry tomatoes to the pan.
