Ingredients
- Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- Tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- Pesto sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Asparagus (trimmed and cut into pieces)
- Cherry tomatoes (halved)
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large oven-safe pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden.
- Add the asparagus and cherry tomatoes to the pan.
- Stir in the tortellini and pesto sauce, making sure everything is well mixed.
