Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a large baking dish and pour the balsamic mixture over them.
- Add vegetables around the chicken in the same dish.
