Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, stir all the ingredients together until evenly combined.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  3. Once chilled, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in size, and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Store the protein balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

Use creamy peanut butter for easier mixing. Adjust sweetness to taste, and feel free to customize with different mix-ins!
