Description

Delightful chocolate coconut and graham cracker bites that are perfect for parties or satisfying your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (300ml/14oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups dried coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, plus extra for rolling
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips until the mixture is well combined.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for about an hour to firm it up.
  4. Once chilled, scoop portions of the mixture and roll them into 1 1/4-inch balls.
  5. Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs for extra texture.
  6. Place the prepared bites on a baking sheet and chill until firm before serving.

Notes

Chill the mixture well for easier rolling. Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Feel free to experiment with different types of chocolate chips based on your preference.
