Description

A quick and flavorful dish combining ground beef, fresh vegetables, and savory sauces over noodles.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz noodles (e.g., egg noodles or ramen)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
  4. Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and bell peppers; stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the broccoli and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce; mix well.
  7. Add the cooked noodles and toss to combine everything evenly.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
