Festive individual cheesecakes perfect for holiday gatherings, easy to make and deliciously decorated.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Red and green sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
- Press this mixture into the cups of a muffin tin to form a crust. Bake for 5-7 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add in the sugar, vanilla, sour cream, and eggs. Mix until combined.
- Spoon the filling into the cooled crusts, filling them just below the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are set.
- Allow to cool in the muffin tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Top with red and green sprinkles before enjoying.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth filling. Use festive cupcake liners for extra holiday touch.
