Description

Festive individual cheesecakes perfect for holiday gatherings, easy to make and deliciously decorated.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Red and green sprinkles for decoration


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
  3. Press this mixture into the cups of a muffin tin to form a crust. Bake for 5-7 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add in the sugar, vanilla, sour cream, and eggs. Mix until combined.
  6. Spoon the filling into the cooled crusts, filling them just below the top.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are set.
  8. Allow to cool in the muffin tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  10. Top with red and green sprinkles before enjoying.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth filling. Use festive cupcake liners for extra holiday touch.
