Description

A delightful twist on classic deviled eggs with creamy yolks and crunchy bacon.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped chives or green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot, covering with water, and bringing to a boil. Once boiling, cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Drain the eggs and let them cool in cold water. Once cool, peel the eggs.
  3. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.
  4. In a mixing bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Stir in crumbled bacon.
  6. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  7. Garnish with chopped chives or green onions.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
