A delightful twist on classic deviled eggs with creamy yolks and crunchy bacon.
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 4 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped chives or green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot, covering with water, and bringing to a boil. Once boiling, cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 12 minutes.
- Drain the eggs and let them cool in cold water. Once cool, peel the eggs.
- Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in crumbled bacon.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with chopped chives or green onions.
- Serve and enjoy!
