Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they’re soft, about 3-4 minutes.
- Toss in the cooked pasta, chopped basil, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
